Tires Plus

Found Tires Plus online yesterday because my Dashboard Brake light is illuminated. I thought I need new brakes. To their credit, Corey told me the brakes were in good condition, but upon inspection showed me I needed a new battery, which is way cheaper than brakes. This shows me that this shop has integrity that you do not find in a lot of car repair places. They could’ve easily ran with me needing brakes and I would’ve never been the wiser. I needed new tires, as well which I was thinking the same. The last time I changed these tires were more than five years ago. It’s all for safety and I’m much thankful for Corey being honest. Come check out Tires Plus online yesterday North Davis Hwy right across from Wawa gas station, in Pensacola and just to let you know, they do all sorts of work, besides tires and brakes, so come check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Corey for running a top of the line business.

Cory was extremely helpful! I brought my car in and he was able to get me in and accommodate me quickly. He does his best to find any part you need and get you fixed and out the door at the best prices around! Highly recommend!

Great Price, Great service. I literally pass 5 similar shops on the way to the Pensacola Tires Plus. Corey, and Johnny took care of my Classic like it was their own. ☆☆☆☆☆

I came in today during a very stressful situation with a flat tire and limited funds and Cory provided EXPECTATIONAL customer service from start to finish. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely understanding of my situation. He took the time to explain my options clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road safely. in a moment where I felt overwhelmed he handled everything with professionalism and compassion.. employees like Cory are a true asset to this business, and I hope management recognizes the level of care and service he provides <33 !!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tires Plus on N Davis Hwy in Pensacola, and I will NEVER be coming back 😡😡😡 I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and still ended up waiting far longer than expected. The staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and had a noticeable attitude 😖😖😖—there was absolutely no sense of customer care or professionalism. To make matters worse, the pricing was extremely high for such a basic, routine service, and the entire process took way longer than it should have. My car was put on the lift and then left sitting there while they worked on other vehicles. It honestly felt intentional—like they were trying to keep me from leaving—which made the situation even more frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, this was a complete waste of time, money, and energy 😩😩😩 If you value your time, your money, your peace of mind, and your mood, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Save yourself the stress 🤯🤯🤯 Very disappointed 😡😡😡
